My Role: Lead Creative Director

Overview:
Short after starting the position as a Creative director, I led the complete rebranding of Leal Health’s visual identity and content language. This transformative initiative redefined the platform’s presence, aligning it with its mission to democratize access to advanced cancer treatments and empower patients to own their cancer journey.

Key Contributions:

  • Creative Leadership: Directed the end-to-end creative process, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring every aspect of the rebrand reflected Leal Health’s patient-first ethos.

  • Hands-On Execution: Worked closely on concept development, design iterations, and content creation, delivering a cohesive and impactful visual and verbal identity.

  • Visual Identity: Redesigned the logo, color palette, typography, and design systems to convey a sense of hope, trust, and inclusivity.

  • Content Language: Established a clear and compassionate voice that simplified complex medical information, empowering patients and resonating with caregivers.

  • Team Collaboration: Orchestrated the efforts of a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and developers, fostering innovation and maintaining brand integrity throughout.

  • Strategic Rollout: Oversaw the seamless integration of the rebrand across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.

Impact:
The new brand language and design significantly elevated Leal Health’s market presence, enhancing patient engagement, trust, and accessibility. The new creative strategy I led and applied not only reinforced Leal Health's mission but also drove measurable growth in platform adoption and user satisfaction: 60% growth of the patient community, 4X ROAS with paid campaigns, X2 revenue of the company during my 3 years with the company.
